Where is my order?Updated a year ago
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s available so that you can follow along as your order makes its way to you.
You can always view your order's status from the My Account section of your TULA account. From there, the status is updated by the carrier as it makes its way to you!
Please note once a label is created in the carrier system it can take up to 24 hours to generate tracking information.
